A: Lease/ Rent-up is a low cost property management service where you enlist a professional leasing manager to assist you in leasing your property and then you handle ongoing management.
The Following Is Included In Our Lease Up/Rent Up Services:
Marketing the Property:
- We handle all of the marketing of your property through various on-line databases, our web site, and physical “For Rent” signs strategically placed around the neighborhood.
- PPM handles all scheduling and unit presentations (showings) to prospective tenants.
- Assist in creating your Rental Criteria document if requested.
Background Checks & Screenings:
- Credit Checks including FICO, S.S. number verification, & Fraud Alert
- Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) search
- Application Fee paid by tenant
- Verify Employment
- Verify Income
- Rental History and Reference Checks
- General Interview to find tenant (s) most aligned with your requirements
Lease Origination
If you chose this option, PPM will provide to the property owner and tenant a Lease to execute in order to rent the property. We utilize the California Association of Realtors standard lease for this service.
